Each type of upholstery and curtain fabric has its care instructions, from daily wiping to iron (if any). Some need special and specific care to keep them clean and last longer, especially the outdoor collection which we also added some extra information for you on the products E catalog page 

Here on this page, we will take you through all the care instructions symbols with explanations, when you see these symbols on the catalog’s page, you can always check what they mean here with clear text.

Hand wipe

Wipe with a clean cloth by hand only. It is too delicate to be put into a cycle or to be washed.

Wash at or below 40°C on permanent press

Machine wash at or below 30°C using the Permanent Press cycle. It’s depicted as a washtub with one line underneath.

You should not clean it yourself. You should take it to get dry cleaned by professionals.

Tumble dry

It is safe to place it inside of the dryer. It won’t get torn or fade from being bounced around.

Dry in shade

Keep the fabric out of the burning heat of the sun as it dries. Only place it dry under the shade.

Line dry

Hang up the fabric while it dries instead of placing it inside of the dryer.

Drip dry

You should hang up the fabric while it is still soaking wet so it can drip dry.

Iron with or without steam at a medium temperature. Do not exceed 150 degrees Celcius.
